Refunds, Returns & Exchanges:
Our return/refund policy spans 14 days from the date of receiving your order. To initiate a return/refund, your item must be in its original, unworn or unused condition, with tags, and in the original packaging. Reach out to us at email@example.com to commence the return/refund process. Please be aware that shipping charges for returns and refunds are your responsibility. If you need to exchange the size of your item, we will send the revised size back to you at no additional cost.
Damages and Issues:
We meticulously inspect all orders before dispatch. In the rare event of any damage on our part, we are happy to replace the item. If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, provide images and a brief explanation of the problem, and we will guide you through the next steps promptly.
Use, Reuse, and Resell:
As part of our sustainability policy, we offer complimentary fixes for dorsaLi pieces with manufacturing defects. If, for example, a seam needs re-stitching, we'll take care of it for you. Email us at email@example.com with the subject QUICKFIX, attaching images and a brief description of the issue. We'll respond within 48 hours to confirm whether we can address the problem.
Note: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with repairs. If you're in Montréal, you can drop off your package, and we'll notify you when it's ready for pickup.
