Shipping & Returns Policy
We provide free pickup in Montréal, and free shipping in Canada for every purchase above C$350 and free shipping to USA above C$500.
Refunds, Returns & exchanges
We have a 14-day return/refund policy on in stock and pre-order items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund.
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return/refund, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping charges for returns and refunds. If you are requesting to change the size of your item, then we will send the revised size back to you free of charge.
If you have purchased an in-stock or pre-order item and you would like to change the size before it's being made please email us in the first 24hrs to request a size change.
If you have purchased a pre-order product please note that your item will take approximately 2-4 weeks to be made and shipped to you, please be patient with this process as it’s the most ecofriendly option available in the market so far and it will prevent us from over creating unwanted sizes and clothing.
If we have extra time on our hands we will create your order sooner and we will email you when your product has shipped or its ready for pickup.
If you are in a rush and can’t wait 2-4 weeks please email us in advance before purchasing the desired item and we will do our best to prepare your order as soon as possible.
Damages and issues
We inspect all the orders before sending them to you, in the unlikely event of any damage from our side we are happy to change the item for you, and if the item is out of stock we will fully refund you. Contact us at email@example.com we will ask you to provide images and a brief explanation of the problem and we will provide the next steps as quick as possible.
Video Call Sessions
We offer 15 minute one on one video session to show you the products that interests you and answer to all your questions. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject 15MIN with your desired items in description and your preferred time and date, we will get back to you in 48 hours to confirm our availability.
We will show you the items in details and answer to all your questions regarding size, material, fit and etc. This is the best way to meet virtually and discus all things clothing until things are back to normal.
Use, Reuse and Resell
If in an unlikely event there is need for little fixes to your dorsaLi piece, as part of our sustainability policy we will fix it for you free of charge, as long as it’s a manufacturing default from our side. For example if there is a seam that needs to be re-stitched we will take care of that for you.
Please note that you have to email us with the subject QUICKFIX at email@example.com with images and a quick description of the problem and we will get back to you in 48 hours to let you know if we would accept to fix this problem or not.
Note: You are fully responsible for the cost of shipping for repairs, meaning you must send the package to us and provide a Return Label. If you are in Montréal you can just drop your package and we will contact you when it’s ready for pickup.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
